Uygulama içinden (önerilen)

1. Kartbas'ı açın → Ayarlar → Hesap.
2. Hesabımı sil → onaylayın.
3. Sunucudaki tüm kayıtlarınız, e-posta/Apple kimliğiniz ve ayarlarınız anında silinir; Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple yetkisi iptal edilir. Yedeklerden en geç 14 gün içinde kaldırılır. Telefonunuzdaki kayıtları silip silmemeyi siz seçersiniz.

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa

Hesabı açtığınız e-posta adresinden kartbas@melberlabs.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Kimliğinizi doğruladıktan sonra 7 gün içinde sileriz ve size bilgi veririz.

Silinen veriler: giriş/çıkış kayıtları, molalar, notlar, konum damgaları, ücret ayarları, bordro girişleri, vardiya şablonları, e-posta adresi/Apple kimliği. Saklanan: yasal zorunluluk hâlinde satın alma kayıtları (mağaza tarafında) ve anonim çökme raporları.

Delete your Kartbas account

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Kartbas → Settings → Account.
2. Delete my account → confirm.
3. All your server rows, e-mail/Apple identifier and settings are deleted immediately; the Apple authorisation is revoked if used. Backups are purged within 14 days. You choose whether to also delete the records on your phone.

If you cannot access the app

E-mail kartbas@melberlabs.com from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete account". After verifying your identity we delete within 7 days and confirm.

Deleted: clock records, breaks, notes, location stamps, wage settings, payslip inputs, shift templates, e-mail/Apple identifier. Retained: purchase records where legally required (held by the store) and anonymous crash reports.
